If you’ve not yet swum in this amazing, Olympic-size, heated seawater Pool and Lido – plan to take the plunge in 2012! There are swimming sessions for everyone, including quiet swims for adults, early morning sessions, kids’ fun, events and competitions and midnight swims. The Pool is operated to the highest standards by a partnership between Aberdeenshire Council and the Friends of Stonehaven Open Air Pool and has won awards for Customer Service and Visitor Experience.

New for 2012 season are family-friendly lockers and new thermal pool covers to keep the heat in and protect from wind-blown debris overnight.

Each year the Friends undertake a Customer Survey – just click the links to see both the form used and the results reported for 2010. Although we did carry out the survey in 2011, the sample size was quite small and we therefore don’t feel it appropriate to post the details online. However, the results contain no surprises and are available on request from The Friends.
